  • Calibration Technician – Wixom, MI

    Due to our continued and ongoing growth, Moeller Aerospace has open positions for experienced Calibration Technicians. The position requires 3 years minimum of previous experience in the repair, calibration and maintenance of mechanical and dimensional (not electronic gages) measuring & test equipment (M&TE).

  • CNC Machinists (2nd shift) – Wixom, MI

    We have multiple openings for experienced machinists to operate various CNC machines on our second shift (4:30 PM – 3:00 AM). Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred in a precision machining environment operating advanced CNC equipment.

  • CNC Maintenance Technician (2nd shift) – Wixom, MI

    We have an opening for a CNC Machine Maintenance Technician for our second shift (4:30 PM – 3:00 AM). This individual will maintain production and facilities by ensuring proper operation of machinery, electrical hardware and mechanical equipment. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to solve practical problems. Also must deal with a variety of changing situations while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • CNC Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd shift) – Wixom, MI

    We have an opening for a second shift CNC Manufacturing Supervisor. Must have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a precision CNC machining environment (not plastic injection molding, stamping, etc.).

  • CNC Programmer (5-axis simultaneous) – Wixom, MI

    We have an opening for a 5-axis simultaneous CNC Programmer (not 3+2 or 5-axis positioning) and are seeking the right candidates to join our programming team. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in offline programming of air foil shapes on CNC Turn/Mill multi-axis machines using G- and M-codes on aerospace materials using Mastercam software. Knowledge of CNC Lathe turning experience (24″+ diameter) is a definite plus.

  • CNC Programming Manager

    Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the Manager of CNC Programming will lead the CNC Programming team in developing new machining processes and improving the overall production process.  The position will work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing, as well as with outside resources to develop and advance our processes.

  • Director of Manufacturing

    Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Director of Manufacturing will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy and management/leadership of hourly/salary staff, including Plant Supervisors.

  • Program Manager – Wixom, MI

    The Program Manager with their assigned support team directs and manages both new and legacy part jobs with primary emphasis on New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and projects. The individual is responsible for the overall direction, communication, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects that is consistent with company strategy, commitments and goals.

  • Quality Engineer, Aerospace – Wixom, MI

    We have a need for an additional Quality Engineer within our Quality Department. The position requires an organized individual to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven work environment.

Current open positions

  • Production Control Expeditor

    Due to increased business, we are seeking to add a Production Control Expeditor to our team. This hands-on position is responsible for monitoring, facilitating and expediting the day-to-day flow of parts through all phases of the production process, including both internal and outside supplier operations. Interfacing with personnel from various departments on material status and production planning issues will be required.

  • CNC Machinists – Harbor Springs, MI

    Due to our continued and ongoing growth, we have multiple openings for experienced machinists to operate our CNC equipment. Three years of experience preferred in a precision machining environment operating advanced CNC equipment, but not required.

  • Inspection Personnel – Harbor Springs, MI

    Due to our continued and ongoing growth, Moeller Aerospace has available positions for Inspector Personnel. Previous experience in inspection is preferred but is not required. Experience with the following measuring equipment including micrometers, surfometers, comparators, bore gages, thread gages and CMMs is a plus.

  • Manufacturing Engineer – Harbor Springs, MI

    Due to our continued and ongoing growth, Moeller Aerospace has available positions for experienced Manufacturing Engineers. These individuals develop and improve turbine engine component machining and assembly processes by studying existing product and manufacturing methods.

  • Quality Manager – Harbor Springs, MI

    The Quality Manager (Harbor Springs, Mi) is responsible for all aspects of quality strategy including customer, supplier and internal quality as well as quality assurance. In this role, the Quality Manager will develop overall quality vision and strategy and implementation of the plans. The Quality Manager will also develop metrics and associated corrective actions to improve.

  • Tool Designer – Harbor Springs, MI

    We have an opening for an experienced Tool Designer. The position requires a minimum of five years of experience in designing part-holding fixtures for CNC machining and part inspection. This would include fixtures for machining of bar stock parts, castings and forgings on CNC equipment. Machining processes would include turning, milling, grinding, EDM and Inspection. Must be familiar with GD&T and be able to read and interpret blueprints. Experience in solid modeling a must, and specific experience with Solidworks is a plus.
