Our manufacturing facilities are dedicated to machining turbine airfoil and complex components for the aero and industrial markets. To optimally machine these part families, we utilize a high-tech, cell-based manufacturing environment with state-of-the-art CNC equipment.
While we pride ourselves on being a full-service component supplier from raw material procurement to finished part assembly, our core passion is machining and processing exotic alloys utilized in the harshest environments of modern gas turbine applications. These include today’s most challenging materials such as titanium aluminide and nickel-chromium-based superalloys which we process from castings, forgings, or bar stock depending on the application.
With today’s digital environment becoming increasingly important to delivering value to our customers, we have invested heavily in a digital architecture that provides maximum quality, efficiency, and security to our industry. We utilize key software systems such as:
