Moeller has a diverse product portfolio across commercial, military, aerospace, and industrial gas turbine applications, specializing in turbine airfoils and complex components including blades, vanes, nozzles, flow path parts, seals, dampers, mounts, and locking parts. Moeller’s Click-Loc® secondary self-locking technology includes custom-designed self-locking fluid fittings, fasteners, and borescope plugs.

“When I started in the Mill Department at Moeller in the 1980s, we were a job shop making complex parts that no other company wanted to make. We would stack two sine plates bolted together on a Bridgeport to mill a compound angle and hand-grind the radius callouts on our own endmills. As Moeller grew and evolved, we built on that foundation and enhanced our reputation of accepting challenges by incorporating new technology. Along the way, we became a world leader in the machining of titanium aluminide. Today, that tradition of excellence continues as we evolve and transform to the demands of an ever-changing global economy.”
