Welcome to our new Moeller Aerospace website! Developed by Rochester-based Basso Marketing Agency, our new website was made with you in mind. It features a richer design, greater functionality, and more comprehensive information that reflects our core services and values. We also will regularly update the site with industry trends and news, so you can rely on Moeller Aerospace for information that matters to you.

Established in 1949, Moeller has over seven decades of experience as a full-service turbine engine component supplier from raw material procurement to finished part assembly and delivery.

In that time, we have evolved into an industry leader in complex precision components for aero and industrial markets with expertise in milling, turning, conventional grinding, creep-feed grinding, EDM, and superabrasive machining technologies.

We specialize in turbine airfoils and complex components including blades, vanes, nozzles, flow path parts, seals, dampers, mounts, and locking parts. Frequently used materials include Inconel, nickel cobalt superalloys, titanium, titanium aluminide, stainless steel, and aluminum in wrought, forged, and cast form as well as composites. Since 2010, we have expanded five times, adding 188,000 square feet of new manufacturing space to support the growing aerospace industry.

We also produce a custom-designed, self-locking technology called Click-Loc® that replaces lockwire typically found on aircraft engines.

Our diverse product portfolio spans a multitude of commercial, military, space, and industrial energy applications. Our machining solutions are sourced by every major OEM on over 70 engine programs.

Moeller serves as a resource for not only the technology that can take your business to the next level, but also the information that will help you to stay up to date in your industry. In other words, we have so much to share with you, and our new website will allow us to do it better.
